PIF at the
Miami Open

Hard Rock Stadium  ·  Miami Gardens, Florida

Built to own
the grounds.

PIF — the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia — came to EventPro with a clear brief: own the grounds at the 2025 Miami Open. Starting from a raw footprint at Hard Rock Stadium, we designed and built a fully custom pavilion that did exactly that. It stopped people cold and held the space for two full weeks of tournament play.

The centerpiece was a monumental oversized tennis racket and ball sculpture, mounted against a sweeping curved exterior in PIF hunter green. The gold medallion seal and bold wordmark spanned the full fascia, CNC-cut geometric wood lattice panels framed the entry corridor, and a companion large-format photo display wall anchored the adjacent footprint. Our South Florida team built every piece in-house and installed it on-site.

Inside, the pavilion ran two zones. The hospitality lounge had custom navy furnishings, gold accent pillows, and a large-format black-and-white tennis photo wall. The activation zone went the other direction: artificial turf, branded kiosks, VR equipment, video displays, a fabricated racket wall feature, and a custom tennis ball counter. Track lighting and environmental graphics carried the brand through every corner. EventPro is a full-service event production company with operations in South Florida and across the Eastern Seaboard. This is exactly the kind of work we're built for.

Production Highlights
01
Custom-Fabricated Landmark Structure
The pavilion started as an empty footprint and became one of the most recognizable structures on the tournament grounds. Custom curved exterior, oversized racket and ball sculpture, large-format PIF branding. All of it built in-house and installed at Hard Rock Stadium.
02
Multi-Zone Interior Brand Experience
On one side: a hospitality lounge with custom navy furnishings, gold accent pillows, and a large-format black-and-white tennis photography wall. On the other: an interactive zone with artificial turf, VR equipment, branded kiosks, video displays, and custom tennis display elements. Same roof, two completely different experiences.
03
CNC and Environmental Graphic Fabrication
The entry corridor was framed by CNC-cut geometric wood lattice panels, fabricated in-house, that set the tone before guests stepped inside. From there: custom photo collage panels, painted surfaces in PIF's brand palette, teal accent walls with graphic patterns, a fabricated racket wall display, and a tennis ball counter. The brand ran floor to ceiling, wall to wall.
04
Tournament-Scale Production Management
The Miami Open is one of the biggest events on the ATP and WTA calendar. Fitting a ground-up build into that footprint meant coordinating load-in around other sponsor builds, tournament infrastructure, and two full weeks of live play. That takes a different level of production discipline. This is the kind of job EventPro was built for.
