EventPro is one of the few event production companies in Maryland that designs, fabricates, and installs every element in-house. We are based in Baltimore and have spent over a decade producing events across the city, Annapolis, the Eastern Shore, and the wider Baltimore-Washington corridor.
We have worked for Johns Hopkins and the Wilmer Eye Institute, the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital, and the Cordish Companies. We know venues like the Four Seasons Baltimore, the Sagamore Pendry, the Enoch Pratt Free Library, Maryland Live! Casino, and the Inn at Perry Cabin. We produce nonprofit galas, corporate conferences, weddings, concerts, and private celebrations, often in the same week.

Corporate Galas and Nonprofit Events
Baltimore anchors some of Maryland's largest hospital, university, and foundation galas. We produce fundraising events for institutions like Johns Hopkins and Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital, and build rooms that match the weight of the mission.
Concerts and Live Performance
We produce concerts and live shows across Maryland. At the APGFCU Arena we delivered the full technical production for Lights Out, LED walls, moving lights, rigging, audio, and effects, run live by our crew. At rooms like Maryland Live!, where the house handles audio and video, we build the stage and scenic and add supplemental lighting.
Corporate Events and Conferences
Corporate conferences across Baltimore and the corridor need teams who know the difference between a conference room and a conference environment. We design and build staging, scenic, graphics, audio, and video for corporate events at every scale, from intimate leadership summits to multi-day conventions.
Brand Activations and Experiential
A brand activation is only as strong as what gets built. With our fabrication and graphics shops both in-house, we design and construct the whole environment together, custom scenic, branded structures, and large-format print, and build experiences that engage rather than just fill a room.

From Eastern Shore waterfronts and Annapolis estates to the Four Seasons Baltimore and the Sagamore Pendry, we produce weddings and social celebrations across Maryland. Every element of the room, lighting, decor, staging, rigging, and furnishings, handled in-house by our team.

Black and White PartyPratt Contemporaries
A circus gala for the Pratt Contemporaries, turning the Enoch Pratt Free Library's historic Central Hall into a full big top for 800 guests. A full-scale rotating carousel, custom-fabricated in our Baltimore shop and rigged from the hall's ceiling, anchored the room, joined by illuminated gold bars, grand-format circus-poster backdrops, and a roster of aerialists and performers on custom-built platforms.
DevCon ConferenceCustom Fabrication
A custom-fabricated conference build for the Thurgood Marshall College Fund at the Hilton Baltimore. A dimensional DEV CON lobby installation, an illuminated chevron arch portal, and a Bold Moves main stage, all built in our Baltimore shop and installed on-site so the conference opened on time.
Wilmer Centennial GalaJohns Hopkins
The Wilmer Eye Institute's centennial gala for Johns Hopkins, a concept-to-close production at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. An illuminated arch entry corridor, a custom W100 LED stage set, a branching tree sculpture, an illuminated globe, and 3D-printed centerpieces shaped like the Wilmer building, every piece designed and fabricated in-house.
Lights OutArena Concert
A sold-out arena concert at the APGFCU Arena in Bel Air, produced with BLAST Events. A full-stage-width custom LED video wall, a moving-head lighting rig run live, CO2 cannons, and a curved DJ booth surround, staged, rigged, and run by our own crew.
