We're not a rental company. We build scenic, lighting, AV, décor, and staging — in-house, from scratch, in an 80,000 sq ft production facility near Washington DC. That means our team works on productions you can actually point to and say you made.

We're a company that takes craft seriously. The people here are production professionals, fabricators, designers, and technicians who want to do the work at a high level — and who get to, because we have the infrastructure to support it.

Event Design and Production
Event Designer
Maryland and DC Full-Time Maryland
Develop creative concepts and design documentation for corporate events, galas, and brand activations. Strong visual communication skills and experience with event or theatrical design required.
Production Manager
Maryland and DC Full-Time Maryland
Oversee production timelines, crew coordination, and on-site execution for large-scale events. Experience managing multiple vendors and fast-moving production schedules required.
Event Designer
South Florida Full-Time South Florida
Join our growing South Florida team. Develop creative concepts for Miami and Fort Lauderdale market clients. Experience in luxury and corporate event design preferred.
Scenic Fabrication
Scenic Carpenter
Maryland and DC Full-Time Maryland
Build custom scenic elements, props, and structural installations in our 80,000 sq ft production facility. Proficiency with hand and power tools required; theatrical or event fabrication experience a plus.
Scenic Artist and Painter
Maryland and DC Full-Time Maryland
Finish and paint custom scenic pieces to design specification. Experience with scenic painting techniques, faux finishes, and large-format paint applications strongly preferred.
Lighting
Lighting Designer
Maryland and DC Full-Time Maryland
Design and program lighting for corporate events, galas, and large-scale productions. Proficiency with industry-standard lighting consoles and a strong portfolio of event lighting work required.
Lighting Technician
South Florida Full-Time South Florida
Install, focus, and operate lighting systems for events across the Miami and Fort Lauderdale market. Experience with event lighting installation and rigging preferred.
AV and Presentation
AV Technician
Maryland and DC Full-Time Maryland
Set up and operate audio and video systems for live events, including sound reinforcement, projection, and LED display. Experience with live event AV in corporate or entertainment environments required.
Sales and Client Services
Sales Executive — South Florida
South Florida Full-Time South Florida
Drive new business development across the Miami and Fort Lauderdale market. Established relationships in the corporate event, hospitality, or venue space strongly preferred. This is a growth role in a growing market.
