EventPro's rigging team also supported the suspended floral ceiling installation.

EventPro delivered full-room black pipe and drape with gold accents, the chandelier bar with real chandeliers and the Solene candle array, two stages including a band stage with custom surround, checkered dance floor, and complete lighting production — for a room full of event professionals who know exactly what they're looking at.

EventPro fabricated a CNC-cut monogram backdrop, painted and backlit with LED, mounted behind a custom stage finished with navy carpet and a printed hardskirt. The dance floor was custom graphic-printed in a navy and white botanical floral pattern. Full lighting production included stage wash, dance floor wash, pinspots, and perimeter uplights.
