Full circus transformation of one of Baltimore's most iconic libraries for 800 guests. A custom-fabricated rotating carousel, rigged from the historic ceiling, anchored the room. Aerial performers, scenic builds, lighting, and full production throughout.

Ground-up custom pavilion for PIF at the 2025 Miami Open at Hard Rock Stadium. Oversized tennis racket sculpture, curved branded exterior, CNC lattice panels, and a full interactive activation zone inside. Built and installed by EventPro's South Florida team.

A completely custom-built circus and carnival environment inside the National Portrait Gallery Atrium. Every element fabricated in-house: rigged fabric tent canopy, custom painted scenic flats, vintage marquee signage, printed backdrops, and full color wash lighting. Nothing rented, nothing off the shelf.

Full scenic fabrication and event production for Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital's Storybook Gala at the M&T Bank Exchange. EventPro built a complete Hogwarts castle environment from scratch: vacuformed tower facades, carved foam corridor walls, a faux-stone castle bar, printed floor wrap, and rigged sponsor banners — all produced in-house.

An illuminated arch hallway with violinists on mirrored pedestals set the arrival for the Wilmer Eye Institute's 100th anniversary gala. EventPro delivered full scenic and technical production: a custom W100 stage set, audio, video, and lighting, 3D printed centerpieces, custom-printed tablecloths, and a branded LED dance floor.

Stage build, scenic set construction, and full room environment for the 2021 Concordia Annual Summit at the Sheraton Times Square. EventPro built the main stage platform, constructed the scenic surround framing the LED video wall, dressed the room with full pipe and drape, and produced all printed graphics from the stage fascia and lectern to the sponsor step-and-repeats and foyer backdrop.

Full room environment for a private Maryland wedding reception. EventPro provided and dressed both bars from rental inventory — custom printed graphics on the circular cocktail bar, fabric insert panels on the long reception bar — installed full-room pipe and drape, rigged café lights overhead, pinspotted the centerpieces, and produced a custom-printed dance floor graphic. EventPro's rigging team also supported the suspended floral ceiling installation.

Full ballroom production for NACE South Florida's Colin Cowie Lifestyle keynote dinner at Pier 66 in Fort Lauderdale. EventPro delivered full-room black pipe and drape with gold accents, the chandelier bar with real chandeliers and the Solene candle array, two stages including a band stage with custom surround, checkered dance floor, and complete lighting production — for a room full of event professionals who know exactly what they're looking at.
