Division 01 Business Operations

The administrative and operational backbone of EventPro. Manages the business infrastructure — people, money, scheduling, and brand — that enables every other division to focus on production.

Division 03 Scenic and Fabrication

Builds everything custom. The shop produces every scenic element EventPro delivers — carpentry, metal, CNC, paint, and automation — and the same crew installs it in the field. The people who build it own it through the end of the show.

Produces custom foam carvings and sculptural elements for specialty scenic builds.

Hand-carves foam and sculptural materials into custom scenic elements.

SFTSpecialty Finishes Technician

Applies hardcoat finishes to foam and sculptural scenic elements — including fiberglass layup, polyurea coating, and other protective and decorative surface applications. Works closely with the Foam Carver to take raw carvings through to finished, durable scenic pieces.

Paint and Finishing

Applies all paint, finish, and surface treatments to completed scenic builds.

SP1Charge Painter

Leads the paint and finishing department; manages paint schedules, crew, and quality.

SP2Scenic Painter

Applies scenic paint treatments, textures, and custom finishes to built pieces.

FFPFaux Finish Painter

Specializes in faux finish techniques — wood grain, stone, metal, aged, and textured effects.

Applies protective finishes, sealers, and final surface treatments to completed scenic pieces.

Division 04 Decor and Environment

Sources, preps, and delivers the environmental layer of every event — rental inventory, floral, printed graphics, and fabric treatments. Every piece in this division is set-in-place inventory. The division owns the full lifecycle from warehouse prep through field install and deprep.

Designs, installs, operates, and maintains all technical systems — audio, video, lighting, rigging, and power. Technology Services is the model for end-to-end division ownership at EventPro: one team specs the gear, preps it, runs the show, strikes it, and puts it back on the shelf.

Rigging

Installs all overhead rigging — truss, motors, and hanging points. A setup and strike function; no rigging role persists through the show.

RERigging Engineer

Designs rigging systems, calculates load capacity, and serves as the technical authority for all rigging decisions.

HRHead Rigger

Leads the rigging crew on-site; directs up and down riggers through install and strike.

URIGUp Rigger

Works aloft to set picks, hang motors, and establish overhead rigging points.

DRIGDown Rigger

Works the floor, operating chain motors and managing down-rigging during install and strike.

RHRigging Hand

Assists with rigging setup and strike under Head Rigger direction.

Power

Provides and manages power distribution for all technical systems on-site.

Division 06 Logistics and Facilities

The pass-through logistics layer. Loads and unloads trucks, coordinates all transportation, and maintains the facility. Logistics does not own production inventory — every other division manages its own assets from prep through deprep.
