The Project

Three zones.
Built for one brand.

EventPro fabricated and constructed a three-section brand activation for Simply at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Miami Gardens. The build created three fully immersive environments inside the venue, each with its own look, feel, and fabricated structure.

The first section was a market stall: a timber-framed structure with a painted green and white striped awning, a graphic-wrapped product counter lined with fresh oranges, branded shelving, and a striped painted floor. The second was a yellow lounge: a three-walled painted environment with wainscoting detail, striped floors, an acrylic Simply logo sign, cafe tables, and bentwood chairs for guests to settle in and take photos. The third was an orange grove passage: arched doorways with hedgerow walls embedded with oranges, turf flooring, and a backlit citrus grove display that made you feel like you were stepping outdoors.

All three sections were fabricated by EventPro and built on site at the Hard Rock. The result was a cohesive brand environment with three distinct rooms, each earning its own moment with guests moving through the space.

The Market Stall
A timber-framed market structure with a painted green and white striped awning, graphic-wrapped product counter, shelving unit, and striped painted floor. The counter was dressed with fresh oranges and Simply juice bottles. The stall connected directly into the orange grove section through a built arch doorway.

The Yellow Lounge
A three-walled painted environment in Simply's signature yellow, with wainscoting panels, a striped floor, an acrylic Simply logo sign, framed art, palm plants, cafe tables, and bentwood chairs. Built as a photo moment, it pulled guests in off the floor and kept them there. Every element was fabricated and finished to spec.

The Orange Grove
Arched doorways with hedgerow walls embedded with oranges, turf flooring, orange crates, and a backlit citrus grove display panel that read like a window into an orchard. The passage connected the market stall to the wider activation and gave guests a second photo moment with a completely different feel from the rest of the build.

Fabricated and Built On Site
All three sections were fabricated by EventPro and constructed on site at the Hard Rock. The market stall, yellow lounge, and orange grove each required their own structural build, paint finish, graphic elements, and set dressing. Three rooms, one activation, built to hold up through a full event with heavy guest traffic.
