The Move

Not just a bigger building.
A purpose-built production campus.

In January 2026, EventPro relocated to 6161 Robinwood Road — positioned between Baltimore and Washington, D.C. — 80,000 square feet of fully climate-controlled space that serves as the operational home for all six of EventPro's production divisions. The space wasn't just leased and occupied — every department, room, and workflow inside was purpose-built to support the full scope of what EventPro actually does.

Six divisions operate under this roof: Ideation and Design, Scenic and Fabrication, Decor and Environment, Technology Services, Logistics and Facilities, and Business Operations. That means creative direction, technical engineering, carpentry, metal fabrication, CNC digital fabrication, additive manufacturing, foam sculpture, paint and finishing, automation and electrics, textiles, printing and graphics, rentals, full AV, rigging, power, and fleet logistics — all in the same facility, managed by the same company, accountable to the same client.

For a prospect comparing vendors, the practical effect is straightforward: there are no seams in the work. The designer who conceived the piece, the engineer who drew it, the fabricator who built it, and the crew who installed it all report to the same organization. That's not common. Most event companies are coordinators — they direct outside vendors. EventPro is the vendor.

The facility supports EventPro's Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia market as the primary production hub, and serves as the backbone for South Florida productions when scope requires. As EventPro's DC market presence grows and South Florida operations expand, this campus is the infrastructure that makes that scale possible.

What Operates Here

Six divisions.
One address.

Division 01
Ideation & Design
Sales · Creative · Engineering
The front of the house. Event producers, creative directors, 3D renderers, and technical designers who take a client brief from concept to fully engineered shop-ready drawings — before anything gets built.
Division 02
Scenic & Fabrication
Carpentry · Metal Fabrication · CNC · Additive Manufacturing · Sculpture · Paint & Finishing · Automation
The shop floor. Seven departments covering every fabrication discipline — from precision CNC cutting and 3D printing to hand-carved foam sculpture, custom metalwork, faux finishing, and automated scenic elements.
Division 03
Décor & Environment
Rentals · Floral & Set Dressing · Printing & Graphics · Textiles
The environmental layer. Rental inventory, custom sewn textiles, large-format print, floral design, and full set dressing — every piece prepped, installed, and deprepped by the same team.
Division 04
Technology Services
Audio · Video · Lighting · Rigging · Power
Full-stack technical production. Audio systems design and engineering, LED and projection video, architectural and performance lighting, certified rigging, and generator power distribution — designed, installed, and operated by our own crew.
Division 05
Logistics & Facilities
Shipping & Receiving · Transportation · Facilities
The load-out engine. DockMaster, forklift operators, CDL-A and CDL-B drivers, DOT-compliant fleet, and a facilities team that keeps 80,000 square feet of production space operational around the clock.
Division 06
Business Operations
Human Resources · Scheduling · Finance · Marketing
The infrastructure behind the production. HR, crew scheduling, finance, purchasing, and marketing — the administrative backbone that lets every other division stay focused on the work.
