The Production

A high-profile wedding.
Custom production, top to bottom.

When the Chanel and Torrey Smith wedding came to us, we understood what it needed to be. Torrey Smith was a wide receiver for the Baltimore Ravens, marrying Chanel Williams at The Merion in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. The room was full of professional football players. It was a big deal and it needed to look like one.

We handled production, staging, lighting, and fabric throughout. Upstairs, we built a custom ceremony stage loaded with florals. For the reception, we split the ballroom with a semi-transparent fabric wall that kept dinner and dancing on one side while concealing a lounge on the other, revealed later in the night. Coral LED uplighting ran through the whole room, pulling together the venue's existing finishes and the floral palette.

A celebrity DJ ran the music all night. Design and planning was by Elle Ellinghaus of Elle Event Designs, with floral by My Flower Box Events and photography by Dani Leigh Photography. The wedding was later featured in Baltimore Bride Magazine.

It's one of those productions that sticks with you. A great room, great people, and everything came together the way it was supposed to.
