Our fabrication shop handles fully custom builds when the production needs something the catalog can't cover. Everything else ships from our own inventory.

Stages & Risers
Modular rental stage decking configured to any size and height, plus fully custom platforms fabricated in our shop for productions that need something outside standard dimensions or shape. We spec height and depth to the room, from an 8-inch presenter riser to a 48-inch general session stage. Steps, ADA-compliant ramps, and guardrails are built and installed as part of the same scope, specced to the platform height and venue requirements.
Stage Wraps
How a stage is finished is as important as how it's built. We wrap stage faces with custom printed vinyl graphics, sew fabric skirting in our shop in any color or texture, and fabricate hard skirts for a clean architectural edge. For a higher-end look, we also finish stage faces in hard substrates like matte acrylic, mirror, and gold mirror panels. Stage carpet and Pantone-matched finishes available for brand events and broadcast productions.
Dance Floors
Modular dance floor panels stocked in white, black, and wood finish, installed on carpet, concrete, grass, and existing flooring. Our panels are outdoor rated, so tented events and open-air receptions work just as well as ballrooms. For surfaces that need leveling, we install plywood subflooring before the dance floor goes down.
Custom Dance Floors
We build every custom dance floor around the look, the artwork, and the budget. For full-bleed logos and graphics, we print to a linoleum substrate and roll out a seamless surface that doesn't show tile seams the way direct vinyl application does. For patterns like checkered floors or repeating graphics, we print individually to modular dance floor tiles so each panel looks finished on its own. For clients who want a solid color floor with a monogram or simple logo, we paint the linoleum and apply die-cut decals, resulting in a cleaner look than a full print for straightforward artwork.
LED Dance Floors
Our LED dance floor uses full-color RGB panels that create a 3D abyss mirror effect, giving the floor an infinite depth appearance that reads as a room feature rather than a rental item. The panels are DMX compatible, so the floor syncs directly to the production lighting rig and becomes part of the show. Waterproof rated for outdoor installs and connects magnetically for fast setup at any size or venue surface.
Carpet & Event Flooring
Aisle runners, entrance carpets, and full-room carpet installs for galas, conferences, and red carpet events. We help you spec the weight, style, and pile for the venue and the look you're after, cut to the room plan, and install without wrinkles or visible seams. For entrances, runways, and photo moments that call for something beyond carpet, we also work with hard substrates like mirror, gold acrylic, and matte acrylic panels to create elevated arrival experiences. Custom color and branded carpet available for any footprint.

The finish on a stage has an outsized effect on how the event photographs. Matte black carpet disappears into a dark background and keeps focus on the performer. Mirror and gold acrylic panels become design elements in every wide shot.
These decisions are worth making deliberately rather than defaulting to whatever is in stock. We carry options across the full range — carpet and hard skirts to custom printed wraps and high-gloss substrate panels — and can pull reference photos for each to help make the call.
Highly reflective finishes like mirror and polished acrylic can look striking in person but create problems on camera. For events with iMag screens or broadcast components, a very reflective stage face can compete with the presenter. We flag this when it applies.

EventPro’s staging and flooring operation is based in Maryland and serves the full DC metro corridor: Baltimore hotel ballrooms, Annapolis waterfront venues, conference centers in the District, and Northern Virginia. We’ve installed on concrete, hardwood, and existing carpet in virtually every major venue in the market, and our crew knows load-in logistics at the venues that matter.
South Florida
Our South Florida operation covers Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach. From large-scale stages at Hard Rock Stadium to ballroom dance floors at the Four Seasons and Fontainebleau, the same fabrication standards and crew quality that apply in Maryland apply in Florida. For projects that span both markets, one team handles both.
