EventPro stocks, delivers, and installs a wide inventory of event furniture rentals as part of a complete production: lounge seating, cocktail tables, bars, highboys, dining and accent chairs, specialty tables, and full room environments configured for the space. The same crew handling your stage, flooring, and lighting sets the furniture, so everything builds to one installation timeline with one point of contact.
Our event rentals cover galas, corporate receptions, brand activations, fundraisers, bar and bat mitzvahs, and weddings across Maryland, Washington DC, and South Florida. When standard rental inventory isn't the right fit, our fabrication shop builds custom bars, branded counters, backlit panels, and specialty statement pieces in-house.

Lounge Seating
We stock sofas, sectionals, chaise lounges, ottomans, and lounge chairs and configure them as actual environments, not just a few pieces placed around a room. Every lounge setup is laid out to the footprint, delivered on one truck, and installed as part of the production load-in. Upholstery and finish options are available for brand activations and corporate events that need everything to match a specific palette.
Chairs
Chiavari chairs are the most requested rental chair at galas and weddings, but our inventory goes well beyond that. Ghost chairs, cross-back chairs, Fruitwood chairs, banquet chairs, and outdoor folding chairs give you real options depending on the event format and look. Most styles come in multiple finishes, so the chairs work with the room rather than against it.
Bars & Counters
Our portable event bars and branded counters are finished and dressed as part of the scope, not dropped off and left for someone else to figure out. We spec the bar size to the room, select or wrap the finish to match the aesthetic, and add linen and product display where the setup calls for it. Standard finishes cover most events; for brand activations and product launches, we can wrap the bar front with custom printed graphics.
Back Bars
The back bar is what guests look at all night, so it's worth getting right. We stock shelving towers, display cases, lit back bar panels, and branded back wall builds configured to the service style and event aesthetic. A clean, minimal back bar works well for corporate events and galas. For product launches and brand activations, we build it out to match the brand. Everything is coordinated with the front bar so the full setup reads as one environment.
Banquet & Round Tables
Our banquet and round table inventory covers just about any event format. We stock 60-inch round tables for gala dinners and wedding receptions, 8-foot banquet tables for buffets, conferences, and registration setups, and rectangular folding tables for overflow and general use. Whether the event seats 40 or 500, the tables are delivered and set on our schedule as part of the full production install.
Specialty Tables
Not every table needs a linen to look finished. Farm tables, cocktail tables, high boys, and modern designer tables are part of the aesthetic on their own. Raw wood farm tables are a natural fit for outdoor weddings and garden receptions; acrylic and metal options work well for brand activations and upscale corporate events. We stock a range of specialty table styles so the furniture contributes to the room design rather than just filling space.
Outdoor Furniture
A lot of events have an outdoor component, and the furniture needs to hold up to it. We stock Adirondack chairs, outdoor-rated teak furniture sets, patio lounge seating, fire pits, and patio heaters for events running into cool evenings or open-air spaces. Everything is delivered and installed by our crew as part of the production, and where an event spans both indoor and outdoor spaces, we plan the two environments together as one coordinated furniture scope.
Escort Displays & Welcome Walls
The entrance sets the tone for the whole event, and escort displays and welcome walls are usually the first thing guests interact with. We stock freestanding display frames, modular welcome walls, seating chart structures, acrylic panel displays, and large-format mirror displays for escort cards and event signage. Printed graphics are handled through our in-house graphics department, so the display structure and the print come from one vendor. For a more refined finish, select pieces including our oversized mirror display are available with hand calligraphy.
Custom Furniture Builds
Sometimes the event design calls for something that isn't in any rental catalog, and that's where our fabrication shop comes in. Custom bar structures, branded reception desks, display counters, themed statement pieces, and oversized focal furniture are all things we've built from scratch. Bring us a concept and we'll develop the design with you, or hand us existing renderings and we'll build straight to spec.

EventPro's furniture operation is based in Maryland and covers the full DC metro corridor. We regularly work in Baltimore hotel ballrooms, Annapolis waterfront venues, conference centers in the District, and event spaces throughout Northern Virginia. Whether the event is a seated gala, a corporate reception, or a brand activation, the furniture is delivered and installed by the same crew handling the full production.
South Florida
EventPro's Florida operation covers Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Collier counties, and regularly serves clients in Central Florida and the Orlando resort market. We work in hotel ballrooms, waterfront venues, outdoor event spaces, and brand activation environments throughout the region. Whether the job is a gala, a corporate reception, or a multi-day activation, the furniture is delivered and installed by our crew as part of the full production scope.
