Pipe and Drape and Textiles
Pipe and drape, custom soft goods, and event linens. In-house fabrication, delivered and installed by our team.
Fabricated in-house.
Installed by our crew.
EventPro designs, sews, and installs pipe and drape systems, custom soft goods, event linens, and drapery treatments entirely in-house. Our textile shop handles everything from standard backdrop drape to fully custom ceiling treatments, printed fabric panels, truss covers, and specialty soft goods built to spec. We stock an extensive range of fabrics and colors for events that need a reliable, fast setup, and when the space calls for something specific, we fabricate to exact dimensions.
Our textile work covers galas, corporate receptions, brand activations, fundraisers, bar and bat mitzvahs, and weddings across Maryland, Washington DC, and South Florida. Because fabrication and installation stay under one roof, the team that builds your drape is the same team that installs it, with no outside sewing shop in the chain.
-
In-HouseCustom soft goods, specialty linens, and built-to-spec pieces are designed, sewn, and finished in our own fabrication shop. No outsourced sewing.
-
One CrewThe same EventPro team handling your full production installs the textiles. One call sheet, one installation timeline, no separate vendor to coordinate.
-
Any ScaleFrom a single backdrop panel to a full ceiling treatment covering thousands of square feet. We stock a wide range of standard sizes and fabrics, and fabricate custom when the space calls for it.

Pipe & Drape
We design, sew, and install pipe and drape systems for backdrops, room dividers, aisle treatments, and full perimeter coverage. We stock fabric heights from 3 to 30 feet across a wide range of colors and materials, from sheer voile to heavyweight velour, and can custom-fabricate panels to any dimension the venue requires.
Custom Soft Goods
When the design calls for something that doesn't exist in a rental catalog, our sewing shop builds it. Custom drops, scrims, fabric-wrapped panels, sewn-to-spec stage skirts, and specialty soft goods of any dimension or configuration are all part of what we do. We work from sketches, existing renderings, or a set of measurements. If the piece needs to match a brand color or a specific fabric spec, we source the material and build to that standard.
Event Linens
Table linens, overlays, napkins, and chair treatments sourced and installed as part of the full production scope. We work with a wide range of fabrics and colors and can coordinate linens to match the full room aesthetic. For events requiring custom sizing or specialty fabric, we sew in-house so the linens fit the actual table rather than a standard size that almost fits. Delivered, dressed, and reset by our crew as part of the production load-in.
Ceiling Treatments
Fabric ceiling treatments, swags, tent liner installations, and full-room drapery environments are among the highest-impact transformations we deliver. A draped ceiling changes the acoustic feel and the visual scale of a room in ways no other treatment can match. Most of our ceiling work is done by hand on site, pulling raw fabric off the bolt and custom-fitting it to the space with hand pleating as we go. The result is a cleaner, more tailored look than pre-sewn panels can achieve. We engineer the rigging and install the full treatment as part of the production build, working regularly in hotel ballrooms, tented venues, and outdoor structures.
Graphics Finishing
Dye-sublimation printed fabric panels, branded backdrops, and large-format soft signage produced and finished in-house. When a backdrop or drape panel needs to carry a brand, a logo, or a printed design, our graphics and textile departments work together so the print and the fabric treatment come from one vendor. We handle the print, the finishing, the hardware, and the installation. Step-and-repeat backdrops, branded pipe and drape, and custom printed drops are all standard scope for our team.
Truss Covers, Tiebacks & Soft Goods
The finishing details that make a production look intentional rather than assembled. Fabric truss covers hide the structure and bring the rigging grid into the room design. Tiebacks, swag holders, and cable concealment soft goods are sewn to the specific truss or rigging configuration and installed by our crew as part of the production load-in. For events where every surface needs to contribute to the aesthetic, these pieces close the gap between what the production team builds and what the guest actually sees.
