We work from client-supplied files or design from scratch. Fabric prints, vinyl graphics, rigid signage, floor graphics, and dimensional pieces, all finished matte by default, because every event has cameras. Every piece is spec'd for the space and built to survive the install.

Custom Step-and-Repeat Backdrops
Printed fabric and vinyl step-and-repeat backdrops for press conferences, red carpet events, sponsor recognition walls, and photo ops. Every backdrop is sized to the specific camera distance and logo grid, whether it's a tight repeating sponsor pattern or a clean branded panel. We handle production, delivery, and full setup with pipe-and-base, retractable stand hardware, or SEG frame systems for a cleaner, frameless look.
Custom Event Signage
Complete printed signage programs for conferences, galas, sporting events, and multi-day productions. We produce wayfinding, directional, session identification, and sponsor recognition pieces across rigid substrates, foam board, and tension fabric frames. The full package gets delivered and installed on your load-in schedule, so everything is up when doors open.
Vinyl Surface Graphics and Wraps
Custom printed vinyl cut and applied to bars, counters, lecterns, set pieces, props, and virtually any fabricated surface going on the event floor. We work with curved bar fronts, irregular shapes, multi-panel applications, and contour-cut pieces that follow the geometry of whatever they're going on. Removable adhesive options available for venues with restrictions on permanent adhesion.
Printed Dance Floor Graphics
Custom printed vinyl dance floors produced to the exact dimensions of your space, applied to linoleum event flooring and SICO dance floor tiles. Full-coverage designs, monograms, logo insets, and pattern fills built to hold up under foot traffic and stage lighting all night. We install before doors and strike at the end of the event.
Large Format Fabric Printing
Dye-sublimation fabric printing up to 126 inches wide, seamless. For prints that need to go bigger, we sew clean seams to produce at virtually any size, including extremely oversized graphics for large walls, stage environments, and full-venue installs. Finished with hemmed edges, pole pockets, or silicone edge bead for direct SEG frame installation.
Environmental Graphics and Room Wraps
Full graphic environments that turn venue walls, columns, windows, ceilings, and architectural surfaces into a complete branded or themed world. We survey the space, produce oversized printed panels scaled to each surface, and install from floor to ceiling as a single coordinated transformation. This is how a blank ballroom becomes somewhere else entirely.
Custom Event Banners and Hanging Displays
Fabric and vinyl banners produced for truss rigging, pipe-and-base display, and perimeter signage runs. Sponsor recognition banners, themed hanging displays, and large-scale overhead pieces for galas, conferences, and branded events. Available with pole pockets, grommets, or SEG edge finishing to match whatever hardware or rigging system the venue calls for.
Tent Wraps and Outdoor Event Graphics
Large format printed graphics for tent exteriors, outdoor structures, perimeter fencing, and crowd control barriers. Mesh and solid vinyl options rated for outdoor exposure, wind load, and multi-day installs. A go-to for outdoor brand activations, VIP hospitality spaces, sporting events, and festivals where the exterior needs to carry the brand as hard as the interior.
Stage Set and Scenic Graphics
Printed scenic panels, stage front wraps, and graphic elements integrated into stage sets, event builds, and performance environments. We produce to the exact geometry of the scenic design, working around LED walls, scenic flats, truss, and custom fabrication, and install as part of the production load-in. The result is a cohesive environment rather than graphics bolted onto a set.

A graphics file that looks correct on screen does not automatically produce correctly for an event install. Seam placement matters on a fabric backdrop. Tile size matters on a floor graphic. And gloss finishes that look great on a sample board blow out under stage wash lighting in every photo taken in the room. Event Pro produces graphics with the install conditions already accounted for, because we're the ones doing the install.
We work from client-supplied files or build from scratch. Every file is checked and prepared for large format production before anything goes to press. If something needs to be rebuilt or corrected for output at scale, it gets handled before production starts.
Every graphic is sized and finished for the specific surface, viewing distance, and camera angle. Step-and-repeats are spec'd to the actual shooting distance, not the available wall width. Wayfinding is spec'd to foot traffic volume and sightlines.
Graphics are installed by the same team handling the rest of the load-in. No separate print vendor on a different schedule, no handoff between production and install. When you know you're the one installing it, you produce it differently.
Mid-Atlantic
Event Pro's graphics operation is based in Maryland and covers the full DC metro corridor. We regularly produce and install for conferences at convention centers in the District, galas at hotel ballrooms in Baltimore and Annapolis, sporting events at major venues throughout the region, and brand activations from Northern Virginia into Delaware. Signage programs, environmental graphics, step-and-repeat installs, and full room wraps are delivered and installed by the same team handling the overall production.
South Florida
Event Pro's Florida operation covers Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Collier counties, with regular work in the Orlando resort market and Central Florida. We produce and install graphics for hotel ballrooms, waterfront venues, tented outdoor spaces, and large-scale brand activations throughout the region. Graphics programs of any scope, from a single signage package to a full environmental install, are produced and installed by our Florida crew as part of the complete production.
