Wedding Showcase

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland  ·  Hanover, Maryland

The Project

The aisle, built.
The show, ready.

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland presented a bridal fashion showcase with Randy Fenoli — director of Kleinfeld Bridal and host of TLC's Say Yes to the Dress — as the evening's host and centerpiece. EventPro produced the physical event environment: the runway, room design, floral arrangements, tablescapes, soft goods, furnishings, and bars surrounding the show floor.

The runway ran the length of the main ballroom with audience seating on both sides, creating a traditional fashion show format set inside the Live! Casino event space. Models walked the full room as Randy hosted the program from the catwalk.

EventPro's scope covered the guest environment from the room perimeter in. Pipe and drape shaped the ballroom and managed sightlines. Florals, custom linens, and furnishings dressed the audience seating areas. Bars were built and positioned for the room layout. Graphics and printed elements ran through signage and branded installations across the space.

How It Was Built

Production elements and
physical environment

01
Runway Build and Show Floor Layout
EventPro constructed and dressed the runway that ran the length of the Live! Casino ballroom. The format put audience seating on both sides of the catwalk, giving guests an unobstructed view along the full run of the show floor. The runway held up through the full program — multiple designers, Randy's hosting, and a live bridal fashion show under house production lighting.
02
Room Design and Environmental Dressing
Pipe and drape shaped the ballroom perimeter and managed sightlines for both the seated audience and the production cameras. EventPro's decor scope extended from the room's edges inward, with painted and finished elements tying the physical environment to the showcase's visual identity.
03
Florals, Tablescapes, Furnishings, and Bars
The guest environment on either side of the runway was dressed and furnished by EventPro. Floral arrangements, custom linens, and soft goods ran through the seating areas. Furnishings were selected and placed for the room's layout and flow. Bars were built and positioned to serve the ballroom's footprint through the program and into the evening's reception portion.
