EventPro was founded in Maryland and has built its reputation event by event across the Baltimore-Washington corridor over more than a decade. We know this market the way only a company that has loaded into its venues, navigated its permitting, and worked alongside its vendors for years can know it.
We've produced events at The Anthem, the National Building Museum, Maryland Live! Casino & Hotel, the Sherwood Forest Club, the Enoch Pratt Free Library, JHU Campus, the Hilton Baltimore, and dozens of other venues across the region — and regularly travel for productions in Philadelphia and New York when the project calls for it. We've worked for Johns Hopkins University, the Embassy of Qatar, Mubadala Investment Company, Google, and U.S. Presidential Appearances. We've produced events for nonprofit institutions, private families, global brands, and government clients — often in the same week.
That range is possible because of what's behind it. An 80,000 square foot production facility between Baltimore and DC. A team of over 150 production professionals. Four fully in-house divisions — design, fabrication, technology, and décor — that handle every aspect of a production under one roof, from concept through strike.
