We make the room.
You own the show.
Full-experience design and production for brand activations, corporate events, and built environments. Heritage in the work, not in the year on the wall.
We make the room. You own the show.
01 · Color
Show Black. Daylight.
Steel Blue, sparingly.
A black and white brand. Show Black and Daylight carry everything — the photography provides all the warmth, color, and atmosphere. Steel Blue appears only where a single signal is needed: a rule, an eyebrow, one italic word. Never fills a surface.
02 · Typography
Four voices.
Each with one job.
Fraunces does the talking. Inter Tight does the work. JetBrains Mono signals craft. Anton stamps the tier names. The italic on Fraunces is the brand's signature gesture — used sparingly, it does what a flourish does on a Bentley grille.
Display · Headlines
Fraunces
A modern serif with optical-size mastering. Its italic is the brand's emotional tell — bold, slightly theatrical, never precious. Weight 300 for hero, 400 italic for accent words.
300 LIGHT · 400 REGULAR · 400 ITALIC · 500 MEDIUM
Functional · All UI & Reading
Inter Tight
Body, navigation, labels, buttons, proposals, and the wordmark. EVENT 300 on dark at display scale, 400 on light or small sizes. PRO 700 always. The contrast is the idea — the weight adapts to its context.

Tags, captions, eyebrows, location stamps — the production credits voice. Always uppercase at small sizes. Minimum 10px. The technical layer that signals craft.

Anton
One deliberate break in the system. Used for EP Rental, EP Curated, EP Bespoke only. Never headlines, never body copy.
All caps · Display only · Never body
03 · Logo System
Three lockups.
One mark. One rule.
The circle-and-cut mark is EventPro's most distinctive asset. Three approved configurations. The ghost mark rule: at 4–5% white opacity on dark surfaces only, always bleeding off an edge — never centered behind the primary mark or wordmark.
01 · Horizontal — the full logo
Mark and wordmark side by side. For nav bars, email headers, proposals, and horizontal formats. This is the full logo as it appears on the website.

On Daylight
02 · Stacked — mark above wordmark
For square or vertical formats: brand panels, document covers, hero sections. Mark sits centered above the wordmark. The ghost mark bleeds off an edge in the background — never centered directly behind the mark itself.
03 · Mark only — when the wordmark is redundant
Social avatars, embossed elements, crew wear, and very small applications. The mark is strong enough to stand alone.

Minimum sizes
Digital: 24px min Print: 0.5in minGhost Mark Rule
At 4–5% white opacity on dark surfaces only. Always bleeds off an edge — top, bottom, or corner. Never centered directly behind the primary mark or wordmark. That creates logo-on-logo clutter. Never used on light surfaces.
04 · Service Tiers
Three doors in.
Same standard behind each.
Rental hands you the gear. Curated hands you a producer. Bespoke hands you the studio. The tier name is a promise — never inflate it on a job that's actually one tier down.
Tier 01 / Entry
EP RENTALYour gear, prepped and waiting. You bring the expertise — we handle the rest. No install, no production. Just reliable, tested equipment ready when you are.
Tier 02 / Flagship
EP CURATEDYou arrive to a finished space. We handle everything between concept and doors open — designed, delivered, and guest-ready. Every detail handled before your first guest arrives.
Tier 03 / Signature
EP BESPOKEConcept through strike. Every element owned, built, and delivered by one team. Creative direction, custom fabrication, technical design — with our show callers and stage managers on the floor.
05 · Voice
Confident, not loud.
Crew-warm, never cold.
We sound like the producer at calltime: short sentences, dry warmth, zero buzzwords. We trade adjectives for verbs. We name the work, not the feeling about the work. Corporate events, brand activations, luxury social — same voice across all of it.

06 · Stage Screens
Five slides.
One rotator.

07 · Crew Tee Series
Eleven shirts.
One per department.
Crew naturally wear a mix. Clients read the backs. The humor is specific enough to feel insider, approachable enough to make clients feel like they're in on it. Each shirt points at the craft of a specific department.

Design Notes
All caps · JetBrains Mono 400 · White on Show Black · EP mark small on chest front. The ::action:: format on shirt 6 prints in italic at lighter weight. The DO IN FACT emphasis on shirt 8 prints in Steel Blue. Crew naturally mix and match — eleven different shirts means no two people are wearing the same thing.
