Event Pro has an in-house floral department with a full walk-in and the fabrication capability to build the mechanics that large-scale installations require. We focus on the hero elements: floral ceilings, arches, custom structural builds, and corporate event centerpieces. The set dressing and props side covers everything from small themed decor pieces to the detail work that makes an environment feel considered rather than assembled. It all gets treated the same way as any other part of the production.

Floral Installations
Large-scale floral installations built in-house: floral arches, chuppah builds, floral ceilings, hanging floral grids, and custom structural florals. We design the mechanics and fabricate the armatures ourselves, so the installation is engineered to hold, not just stacked and hoped for the best. Built for corporate events, galas, and social events where the floral is part of the production, not an add-on.
Event Centerpieces
Custom centerpieces for corporate events, galas, mitzvahs, and themed social events. Floral is part of it, but so is everything else on the table. A mitzvah centerpiece might be a mini basketball hoop, a custom acrylic piece with the honoree's name, or a 3D-printed replica of something meaningful to the client. A themed gala might mix florals with props that sell the concept. We design the full table picture and build whatever it takes to make it work.
Set Dressing and Props
The small props and themed decor that make an environment read correctly. Faux materials, textural elements, themed set dressing, and the detail work that sells a concept from across the room. If the event has a story, the set dressing tells it. We source and install everything as part of the production load-in so it is dressed and finished on schedule.
A room full of stuff
is not a designed space.
The difference between a room that looks put-together and one that actually feels designed comes down to whether the decisions were intentional. Where the eye lands first. What reads from across the room. How the floral installation interacts with the lighting above it.
Because we run the full production, floral and set dressing get designed alongside the lighting, not handed off to a separate vendor who has never seen the room lit. That changes what the end result looks like.
White flowers under a warm amber wash look completely different than they do in the shop. We design florals knowing what the lighting will do to them so the colors hold and nothing goes muddy or flat when the room is fully lit.
Large floral installations need real structural mechanics behind them. We fabricate the armatures and hanging systems in-house so the installation is engineered, not improvised on load-in day with zip ties and hope.
Floral, set dressing, lighting, and production all come from the same team. No separate florist vendor to coordinate, no one showing up at the wrong time, no gaps between what the decor team built and what the lighting crew planned.
