Press Conference and Suite
Two rooms. One client.

PIF sponsored the Miami Open and needed press conference production in Miami at Hard Rock Stadium across two activations on back-to-back days. EventPro handled both.
For the press conference, we built and dressed the stage set. The centerpiece was a custom-fabricated backdrop with printed fabric graphics spanning the full width of the room, finished with staging, panelist seating, florals, and furnishings. With a dignitary-level guest list and international media in the room, the install had to be ready and right.
For the VIP suite, we dressed the cabana space with a branded PIF graphics wall, lounge and dining furniture, and set dressing throughout. The goal was a space that felt polished and private, not like a tournament pop-up.
