NAR Broadcast Studio

NAR hired EventPro to design and fabricate a permanent broadcast studio set at their Washington, DC headquarters. The space was purpose-built for internal video production, podcast recording, and press appearances. The goal was a professional, brand-aligned environment their team could shoot in on any given day without relying on an outside venue or rental setup.

EventPro built the full set from the ground up. The anchor pieces are a pair of custom wood slat credenzas with a diagonal chevron panel pattern, each topped with a planted greenery box and flanked by a dimensional REALTOR® R logo panel mounted on an oak backing. A third unit on the left wall integrates the same credenza base with a built-in open shelving unit, keeping materials consistent across the full footprint of the set.

At center, a printed DC cityscape backdrop fills the window frame with a street-level view of the Capitol, giving the set context and depth on camera. The walls are painted in NAR brand blue throughout. EventPro handled everything from fabrication and paint through final install and set dressing.
