“Something Blue” Wedding

Pam Aiello of Elizabeth Bailey Weddings brought EventPro in for a wedding reception at Brittland Estates in Maryland. The design was navy and white throughout, with a custom floral pattern that carried from the dance floor to the stage. EventPro built every production element from the ground up to carry that palette.

The centerpiece of EventPro's build was the stage and scenic backdrop. The stage platform was custom finished with navy carpet and a printed hardskirt carrying the same floral pattern as the dance floor. Behind the band, EventPro built a custom scenic backdrop featuring a CNC-cut S&L monogram, painted and backlit with LED. It was visible from every seat in the room and showed up in every wide shot Karena Dixon photographed that night.

The custom printed dance floor was the second major build. EventPro produced graphic-printed tiles in a navy and white checkered pattern with a botanical floral design matched to the overall palette. It held through cocktail hour, dinner, first dances, and a full night of dancing. Alongside the stage and dance floor, EventPro ran pipe and drape and delivered full lighting production including stage wash, dance floor wash, pinspots, and perimeter uplights that held the navy palette from dinner through the last song.
